1) Am I able to have the repair done at home?
Yes. I operate a mobile service and can come to your home, work or any
other required address. For the repair to take place I would need access to a normal power socket.
2) How long does the
repair take?
On average
a job takes about 60 to 90 minutes. The total time would depend on the type of repair,
3) Can I change my
appointment at any time?
Yes.
If the appointment needs to be changed this is not a problem, just let me know even on the day of repair.
4) Do I need to be
on site for the repair to take place?
It is sometimes better to be present at the start but not while the repair takes place. I will often need the keys
to the vehicle just in case it needs to be moved. As long as I have access to an electric point there is no need for
you to be there.
5) Can a repair take place in any
weather conditions?
I have a weatherproof
3m X 3m pop-up gazebo which enable me to repair in most conditions, heavy winds may be a problem I will
assess that when I am on site. 6) How can you quote when you have not seen the vehicle?
Assuming I am given a fair and reasonable description
of the damage I will be able to give an accurate quote over the phone. If the damage differs significantly from the description I
reserve the right to amend the quote. I will always quote an exact price before commencing any repair.
7) Once the repair is
completed, when can I use my vehicle ?
With
most repairs your vehicle is ready for use immediately, in the case of seat repairs I may suggest leaving it 30 minutes
or so, but it depends on the type of repair, which seat etc. Any advice will be given at the end of the repair.
